Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the subscription streams, digital media feeds, and customer portals provided by Nordic IPTV ("the Service", "we", "us"). By placing an order, accessing a trial, or streaming our feeds, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Digital Service License & Permitted Use

Nordic IPTV grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our live channels and on-demand entertainment solely for your personal, residential, and non-commercial entertainment use.

Commercial re-streaming, rebroadcasting, public performance in commercial venues, or redistribution of stream links to third parties without an active, authorized Reseller Master Account is strictly prohibited.

2. Simultaneous Connections & Device Limitations

Each subscription line is provisioned with a designated number of concurrent streams (typically 1 connection on standard plans, or up to 5 connections on multi-device family plans).

• You may configure your playlist on multiple devices (e.g. Firestick, smartphone, iPad, and Smart TV).
• However, streaming simultaneously from more screens than your purchased tier permits will result in automatic stream buffering or temporary IP block by our load balancers to protect bandwidth.

3. Account Delivery & Activation Timeframes

Upon successful payment verification, your M3U playlist URL, Xtream Codes credentials, or portal link are generated and dispatched via WhatsApp or email. Typical automated fulfillment takes between 5 to 15 minutes. During major live sporting events or scheduled maintenance, fulfillment may occasionally take up to 2 hours.

4. Network Performance, Bandwidth & ISP Throttling

To achieve fluid, uninterrupted 4K Ultra HD and 60FPS sports playback, you require an internet connection of at least 25 to 30 Mbps per active screen. We strongly recommend a wired Ethernet connection for home televisions and streaming boxes.

Certain regional Internet Service Providers (ISPs) actively throttle IPTV and UDP streaming traffic, especially during peak football and sports broadcasts. In such instances, using a VPN (Virtual Private Network) is recommended to bypass ISP traffic shaping.

5. Channel Availability & Content Updates

Television broadcasts, VOD libraries, and channel lineups are subject to continuous daily updates, server balance modifications, and periodic maintenance. We reserve the right to add, replace, modify, or retire individual channels or VOD titles without prior notice to ensure overall server stability and high bitrate delivery.

6. Prohibited Conduct & Account Suspension

We reserve the right to immediately terminate or suspend access without refund if an account is found engaging in:

• Restreaming our server feeds to public websites or external networks.
• Automated scraping, denial-of-service attempts, or security probing of our servers.
• Sharing login details publicly on internet forums or social media.

7. Amendments to These Terms

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in technical specifications, network infrastructure, or legal requirements. Continued use of the Service following any updates constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
