• Data packets transmitted during your active streaming sessions.

Active session connections are held purely in volatile server memory (RAM) to manage load balancing and prevent multi-connection abuse, and are purged the second your stream is disconnected.

2. Information We Collect and Receive

We collect only the bare minimum information necessary to provision your subscription line and provide customer support:

• Contact Information: Your email address or WhatsApp phone number, provided voluntarily to receive your M3U playlist credentials, portal logins, and renewal reminders.
• Device Identifier (Optional): If you configure a MAG box, Formuler device, or Smart TV app (such as IBO Player or Smart STB), you may provide your device MAC address solely for middleware portal linkage.
• Transaction Metadata: Invoice ID, payment status, transaction date, and purchased tier.

3. Payment Data Security (No Card Storage)

All payment transactions are processed through specialized, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways and encrypted cryptocurrency networks. Nordic IPTV NEVER collects, sees, or stores your credit card numbers, CVV security codes, or banking account passwords on our web servers.
